Black to the Future Presents Learning Labs

Black To The Future is excited to host our Learning Labs this Spring! Learning Labs are free capacity-building sessions we provide to our Community of Practice. These learning sessions are intended to provide crucial learning pieces for B3 (Black-led, Black serving and Black-focused) organizations to continue and expand their goals, programs, and overall organization.

We have a session entitled “Human Resources Governance in Non-Profit” coming up! Participants will learn about necessary accountability measures of governance styles (i.e., advisory board) and how this can improve decision-making while enhancing programming, and how to create and sustain the vision while prioritizing deliverables and making decisions.
