Frontline Workers Training Series: Online Program Delivery

The Toronto Youth Equity Strategy (TYES) invites frontline workers, working with youth most vulnerable to involvement in serious violence and crime, to attend our 2020 Frontline Workers’ Training Series. This session will be done in partnership with CultureLink.

As a response to the COVID-19 pandemic, all non-essential services were forced to shut their doors and adapt programs to a virtual delivery model. Although this form of program delivery isn’t ideal for youth, CultureLink has learned some practical ways of providing online programs in a way that is both engaging and safe. This workshop will provide practical tools on online youth engagement and online best practices.
