One Vision One VoiceOne Vision One Voice, a project of the Ontario Association of Children’s Aids Societies, is partnering with the University of Toronto Youth Wellness Lab, to better understand worker experiences and decision-making practices
We are currently recruiting front line workers, diversity and equity leads, supervisors, and agency leaders, who are currently employed by an Ontario Children’s Aid Society (CAS) or worked in an Ontario CAS in the last five years, to participate in a 90-minute focus group or if you are uncomfortable in a group setting, a 60-minute individual interview.
Your participation in this study is voluntary and confidential, and as a small token of appreciation, you will receive a $25 Visa gift card. If you have any questions or concerns pertaining to the study, feel free to contact me at travonne.edwards@mail.
