Join us during Mental Health Week on Thursday May 5th from 6:00 PM EST – 7:00 PM EST for a free virtual youth-led interactive music therapy workshop.
Participants are invited to learn mindfulness skills by participating in a music based workshop. Learn more about mindfulness practices, express yourself through art, engage in open discussion, and gather resources for you and your loved ones. All registered participants will be provided with a free arts kit.
This interactive workshop is for you if: you are a Black youth. Note: This is a sacred space for Black youth only. If you are not a Black youth, please join us at one of our future events.
