Operation Come Home

Operation Come Home’s Youth Employment Works program is recruiting new participants for the upcoming rotation, starting on October 11th, 2022.

free 17-week program for unemployed youth aged 15 to 29:

  • 5 weeks of free training, job search support, and certifications
  • 12 weeks of retention support to help you keep your job.
  • Financial support to help cover work-related supplies.


  • Canadian Citizens, Permanent Residents, and Conferred Refugees
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada (and can provide supporting documents/identification during intake)
  • Unemployed, not attending school, and looking for work
  • Able to participate in 30 hours a week of in-person training

In addition to employment support, participants will have access to social and financial supports, as well as the other wrap-around services offered at Operation Come Home.
