Our vision is an Ontario where shared knowledge is transformed into a positive impact for all youth! Learn about the resources, programs and services we provide to support the Ontario youth sector.

Our four program objectives:

01. Knowledge Exchange

We create and curate evidence-based resources, including toolkits, factsheets, and research summaries, to support youth work practice, and amplify the voices and experiences of young people and diverse youth sector stakeholders through in-person and online events.

02. Learn by YouthRex

We offer professional development opportunities for youth workers to learn, connect, and share – both online and offline. Our Learn opportunities span mental health, cannabis use, working against anti-Black racism, anti-oppressive practice, program evaluation, and more!

03. Customized Evaluation Supports

We work with youth programs to support the design, development, and evaluation of their work with young people. Book a 1-on-1 call today to discuss any of our FREE customized services for youth programs!

04. Community-Engaged Research

We conduct Community-Engaged Research about youth and youth workers in Ontario. Our first project, the Ontario Youth Sector Compass, was completed in November 2021 and seeks to understand the experiences of young people and youth workers in Ontario.
