The Knowledge Institute on Child and Youth Mental Health and AddictionsThe Knowledge Institute on Child and Youth Mental Health and Addictions is inviting members of the sector to review and share feedback on the draft Live-in Treatment Quality Standard—a key step toward strengthening care for children and youth with complex mental health needs across Ontario.
Input from participants will help ensure the standard is practical, relevant, and grounded in real-world experience.
Feedback is being sought from individuals with experience accessing, working in, or developing live-in treatment programs, including:
- Young people and caregivers
- Professionals such as clinicians, researchers, agency leaders, and service providers working in the CYMHA sector and related fields
- Systems-level leaders and policymakers, including those from the Ontario Ministry of Health, Ontario Health, and the Child and Youth Mental Health Lead Agency Consortium
