Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 plus a comprehensive health and benefits package
Guided by the Strategic Plan, the Research, Learning, and Evaluation Lead will facilitate the development, adaptation, and implementation of learning and knowledge management strategies including data collection and data analysis. Working in close collaboration with
Laidlaw staff, research partners, grantees, and other stakeholders, the Research, Learning, and Evaluation Lead will be responsible for the overall knowledge management, learning, evaluation, research, and reporting activities of several projects.
The Lead works together with the Foundation’s Program staff to oversee research projects in partnership with consultants and research stakeholders. The position leads the development, implementation, and management of proactive initiatives, and the evaluation of the results of the Foundations’ grants, research projects, and their success in meeting the objectives of the Foundation. The Lead will serve as the main point person for all knowledge management, learning, research, and evaluation-related work for the Laidlaw Foundation.
