2SLGBTQIA+ Health Consultations: Community

Wisdom2Action has partnered with Health Commons Solutions Lab/Sinai Health to lead consultations on 2SLGBTQIA+ healthcare. The consultations will inform provincial priorities for 2SLGBTQIA+ health equity.

We are seeking input from those who identify as part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, are over 18 years old, and have experience with the Ontario healthcare system.
