This guide is for people who have a role in making sure that evaluation is embedded into everyday practice within an organisation. It shows how to get staff, volunteers, and trustees to embed evaluation into your organisation’s day-to-day work.
Within the guide is the Embedding Evaluation Wheel – a diagnostic tool to help you assess the progress of your organisation to embed evaluation.
Additionally, our Embedding Evaluation Checklist can be used to reflect on what in your organisation is helping make evaluation happen, and what could be improved.
