Survey: Duty to Report

If you have experience working in a role where you have a duty to report (i.e. working with children, youth, or parents), you are invited to complete an anonymous survey to support a research project to help improve understanding and practices around mandated reporting. This research is being conducted by Heather Bergen, Vanier Scholar and PhD Candidate at York University, as part of her PhD dissertation.

The survey, available by clicking on the Learn More link, should take around 15 minutes to complete.

As a token of appreciation for your participation, you will be able to share your email and enter a draw for a $50 gift card. Your email will not be connected to your survey answers, which will remain anonymous. The survey is open for responses until March 29, 2024.
