Branded Youth Entrepreneurship Conference 2023

Ten years ago, community leaders formed Branded: Youth Entrepreneurship Conference. Branded is now an annual event organized by a not-for-profit collective that supports Black, newcomer, and vulnerable youth entrepreneurs with cash to support their business, networking, business consultation, and mentorship opportunities.

For its 10^th anniversary, Branded 2023 will feature a keynote speaker, personalized business consultations, a lunch and link, and a pitch contest with a top prize of $10,000, a second prize of $7000, a third prize of $4000, and $1000 fourth and fifth prize winners.

The conference will take place on Saturday, August 12, 2023 from 12PM–6PM at Artscape Daniels Launchpad.

Tickets are free.

Young entrepreneurs looking to participate in the pitch competition can apply here until July 31 at 11:59PM. Five finalists will be selected to pitch for a chance to win up to $10,000 for their business ($23,000 total in prizes to be won).

Branded is organized by The Neighbourhood Group of Community Services, the City of Toronto, CEE Centre for Young Black Professions, Business in the Streets, LAMP Community Health Centre, Tridel, Artscape Daniels Launchpad, the Neighbourhood Arts Network, The Black Business and Professional Association and The Afro Caribbean Business Network.
