Celebrating 10 Years of Impact! #YouthREXat10
YouthREX is celebrating the 10th year of a shared commitment to supporting the important work of youth programs and youth workers in advancing youth wellbeing!
This is not just a celebration of longevity but a celebration of IMPACT. The kind of sustained, community-rooted impact that happens when community partners and changemakers like you come together around a shared vision for youth wellbeing. This milestone belongs to all of us!
THANK YOU for being part of the YouthREX Community and co-creating with us a youth sector that is grounded in care, evidence, and collaboration! All we accomplished over the past 10 years is possible because of your support.

Our special guest was Dr. Bianca Baldridge, presented Precarity and Promise: Youth Work as the Process of Futuring, drawing from her new book. She explored the significance, precarity, and power of youth work, highlighting the structural challenges youth workers face while reaffirming the possibilities they create for young people to thrive.
This event also featured a performance of a specially commissioned spoken-word poem by Eddie Lartey, award-winning poet, creative, and author. In An Opus to Youth Workers, Eddie draws on metaphors and imagery about music to paint a picture of what youth workers do and what their work is really like.
