The Central Toronto Youth Services (CTYS) is hiring for an exciting job opportunity: Director, Client Services and Quality Improvement!

Central Toronto Youth Services is an award winning non-for-profit community-based accredited Children’s Mental Health organization that serves Toronto’s most vulnerable youth ages 13- 17 and young adults ages 18 -24 and their families across Toronto. As part of the community since 1973, CTYS provides equitable evidence-informed mental health services to youth and young adults, their families and greater community including R.I.T.E.S., Day Programs, Pride and Prejudice Programs, Youth Justice and Family Outreach Programs, Community and School Outreach Programs, Early Intervention Programs, and Transitional Aged Youth Programs.

Here is an overview of the job:

  • Director, Client Services and Quality Improvement
    • Full Time (35 hours a week)
    • 5+ years’ management experience in clinical operations, implementation, and service development ideally in the mental health or social services fields, or other relevant management experience
    • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related field
    • Competitive compensation ($88,000 – $106,000), plus employer paid group health benefits, vacation, and personal leave and FL days
