Ontario NatureOntario Nature is now accepting applications for high school youth to join the 2025-2026 Youth Council cohort.
Members of the Ontario Nature Youth Council will:

Work alongside Ontario Nature staff, become part of a vibrant peer network, and contribute to lasting, positive change through conservation action.

Take action on conservation issues including wetland protection, pollinator awareness, habitat restoration, and advocating for biodiversity.

Plan and host events including Our Special Spaces (conservation volunteering events), outreach, workshops, webinars, and the annual Youth Summit for Mother Earth.

Raise awareness about environmental issues, acting as a voice for a young generation.

Receive volunteer hours for obtaining your Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD)
To apply, youth must be high school-aged and located in Ontario. The deadline to apply is December 7, 2025. Contact emilyg@ontarionature.org
