Senior Evaluator, Black Communities Focus

Logical Outcomes is hiring a Senior Evaluator, Black Communities Focus, an exciting contract role that bridges evaluation and AI innovation.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the AI Lab for B3 Cohorts (Black-serving, Black-led, Black-focused organizations)
• Design evaluation frameworks for community programs
• Facilitate co-design processes for AI solutions
• Apply culturally responsive and equity-focused evaluation methods

We’re looking for:

• 7+ years evaluation experience with Black communities
• Expertise in participatory, community-based research
• Strong facilitation and project management skills
• Curiosity about AI applications in nonprofit settings

📍 Remote with occasional GTA meetings
⏰ ~20 hours/week, 1-year contract
