HERE’S HOW THE AUTHORS DESCRIBE THIS FACTSHEET:
In collaboration with regional and national Inuit organizations, an advisory group was formed in 2008, to discuss research ethics protocols and develop informative materials on research ethics. This committee is named Inuit Nipingit – National Inuit Committee on Ethics and Research.
This factsheet offers a brief overview of existing general and ethical guidelines for research involving Inuit. Web links to guidelines are also provided.
