Applications Open: Flourish Career Development Program

Flourish is a unique career development program that offers young South Asian and Tamil women and gender diverse individuals, ages 16-30, living and/or working in York Region a supportive space to work on their career goals and grow their community. Whether they are looking for a job, or need career guidance on what paths to pursue, we want to help young South Asian and Tamil women flourish in their careers!

The Flourish Career Development Program offers:

• Culturally relevant career development workshops

• Tailored career coaching and guidance

• Supportive relationships with South Asian mentors and community members

• Access to curated career resources, tools, and events

• Opportunities to connect with employers and community partners
