New Leaf Foundation is looking for its next Executive Director!

New Leaf Foundation is a registered charitable organization supporting the wellbeing of youth in communities experiencing marginalization. For more than 15 years, we have offered mindfulness-based programming, training and resources to young people and the adults they’re surrounded by, addressing the chronic stress many experience while also creating more equitable access to opportunities that address mental, emotional, and physical health.

The Opportunity
New Leaf Foundation is looking for a passionate and experienced non-profit leader to manage the organization and work collaboratively with the team to promote the organization’s values and advance our mandate.

Accountable to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs, finances and fundraising of the organization. The scope of the role encompasses managing a team of 5 staff and 10-15 part-time contractors to ensure the highest standard of program development and delivery, maintaining an overall budget of up to $400,000, sustaining and diversifying funding opportunities, developing partnerships with other community organizations, schools boards, and more.
