Join the Institute of Indigenous Peoples’ Health Youth Advisory Board
The Institute of Indigenous Peoples’ HealthThe Institute of Indigenous Peoples’ Health (IIPH) is seeking up to two First Nations, Inuit, and/or Métis youth to join its Institute Advisory Board (IAB). This opportunity is open to individuals aged 18–25 who are trainees, graduate students, or have a strong interest in advancing Indigenous health.
Youth members may serve a term of up to three years, contributing advice, guidance, and perspectives across the Institute’s work. This role supports IIPH’s ability to plan, operate, and engage meaningfully with communities.
Advisory Board members are expected to attend meetings twice per year (both virtual and in-person), with travel-related costs covered.
Applications are encouraged from individuals with diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and areas of expertise or lived experience.
New members will begin their term in early 2027.
The deadline to apply is April 24, 2026.
