Levelling Minds

Levelling Minds empowers trans and non-binary youth with tools to navigate stress and enhance well-being, while also equipping their families and adult supporters with skills for fostering safer, more supportive environments.

Levelling Minds is a nine-week program designed specifically for trans and non-binary youth and their adult supporters. We provide two tailored groups, each focusing on nurturing emotional wellness and building effective communication tools, all under the guidance of experienced mental health counsellors. Please note that Levelling Minds is not a therapeutic program.

Sessions take place in-person at Sherbourne Health, from 5:30 – 7:00 PM.

• Youth Cohort: February 3 – April 7 (in-person at Sherbourne)
• Adult Cohort: February 6 – April 10 (online)

Adult cohort members are adult supporters of trans and non-binary youth. This can include parents, guardians, caregivers, chosen family, and teachers.
