Youth Advisory Squad Program

Are you between the ages of 14 and 17, from Ontario, and passionate about ending the sexual exploitation of children (SEC)? Apply to join OneChild’s Youth Advisory Squad (YAS)!

YAS is a 10 month leadership and scholarship program for students who are passionate about social justice and want to make a difference against the sexual exploitation of children.

Applications are open from July 18 to August 8 at 11:59PM.

What’s required?

• Participate in biweekly virtual workshops on SEC and children’s rights hosted by experts, including survivors
• Create and run your own project in your school or community to fight SEC
• Advise OneChild programs, projects, and campaigns
• Speak at conferences and to the media on SEC
• Attend ad hoc meetings and lend your voice to other organizations, including the United Nations
