Join the South Asian and Tamil Women’s Collective (SATWC) in virtual learning circles to discuss career development and employment experiences. Learning circles are interactive group discussions where participants share insights in a guided, natural conversation.
Participation will help SATWC understand the unique challenges and needs of young South Asian and Tamil women, and gender diverse communities. The data will shape future programs, policies, and advocacy efforts. Participants will be provided an honorarium for their time and engagement with the research project.
