Webinar: Working With (and around) the System

Peacebuilders Canada and Dr. Abigail Salole (Toronto Metropolitan University) are hosting a virtual talk exploring the role of the voluntary sector in the youth criminal justice system.

How should we understand the role of the voluntary sector when its work is neither fully outside the system nor entirely separate from it? This first talk in a new speaker series examines how youth practitioners absorb, triage, translate, and redirect penal demands in their everyday practice.

This talk is part of the Relational Justice in Practice project, a research partnership between Peacebuilders Canada and Dr. Abigail Salole.
