The factsheet outlines how freedom from racial discrimination and harassment is enshrined in Ontario’s Human Rights Code. Freedom from racial discrimination applies to all areas of life. The factsheet describes racial discrimination and harassment at individual and systemic levels. It provides suggestions for organizations to identify and address racial discrimination and harassment.
