The purpose of this paper is to summarize data on the participation and persistence levels of Francophones at the post-secondary level in Ontario. This summary addresses access, attainment, and persistence, where relevant data are available. This study also explores varying perceptions of who is included in the Ontario Francophone population. This paper comments on some of the consequences of various methods of inclusion and exclusion.
