BGCC conducted an environmental scan of strategic opportunities to help us with our organization’s strategic planning process. The report looks at trends, demographic and technological shifts that are relevant to child and youth serving organizations. Changes and opportunities in public policy and non-profit and philanthropic sectors are also summarized.
