The Canadian Parks and Recreation Association (CPRA) has created this document as a supplement to the Everybody Gets to Play Community Mobilization Toolkit. The toolkit was developed as a part of CPRA’s national ‘Everybody Gets To Play’ initiative, created in 2000 to enhance the lives of Canadian children and youth in low-income families through increased access to recreation. The toolkit provides you with tools and information needed to mobilize your community to reduce barriers to recreation participation for low-income families.
