HERE’S HOW THE CREATORS DESCRIBE THIS TOOLKIT:
The purpose of this toolkit is to provide support workers with a resource to develop individualized safety plans for children and youth and provide support workers with information for mothers/caregivers and children/youth exposed to, experiencing, and/or fleeing from domestic violence.
