Grant holders are usually required to report on their projects by completing an end of project monitoring form or report. You may feel that the end of your project is the last thing that you need to think about just now. However, it is never too early to plan for what you’ll need to do to collect views from your young people and volunteers about the impact that the project has had on them. This easy to use pack is designed to guide you through how to plan and do a mini-evaluation of your project, and how to use the information to complete your end of project report.
