Learn to accept your feelings, tolerate distress, and move forward with grace despite not knowing what lies ahead.
Dr. Sachiko Nagasawa of Bay Psychology created this workbook to contain information with practical skills to help you to thrive through uncertainty. It can be completed individually but preferably in collaboration with your psychologist or another registered mental health professional.
