Understanding emotions can be complicated. This video is meant for young people: it describes what depression looks like, what the causes might be, what challenges might come up and what young people can do to support themselves.

This resource was created by young people and mental health professionals and was developed by the Cundill Centre for Child and Youth Depression and the Youth Engagement Initiative, supported by the Margaret and Wallace McCain Centre for Child, Youth & Family Mental Health and the Child, Youth and Emerging Adult Program at CAMH.
