Chief Mark Saunders was joined by his colleagues from Toronto’s four Children’s Aid Societies, as well as Boost Child & Youth Advocacy Centre, at Toronto Police Headquarters to launch the Speak Up for Kids Toronto Campaign. The campaign hopes to reduce abuse and neglect among child and youth. This video outlines the strategy of this campaign.
