HERE’S HOW THE CREATORS DESCRIBE THIS VIDEO:
The film Get Out (2017), directed by Jordan Peele, follows Chris, a Black man who visits his white girlfriend’s estate for the weekend to meet her family, who seem welcoming at first. Throughout the weekend, however, Chris is subjected to harmful comments that are examples of anti-Black microaggressions that Black people experience daily.
