On April 24, 2015, we held a knowledge mobilization event called Beyond Measure? Evaluation and Action in Ontario’s Youth Sector. In order to ground our conversations about evaluation and action in the realities of grassroots and youth-led organizations in Ontario, we invited three youth sector leaders from the Central Ontario region to reflect on their experiences with evaluation. Linda, Chris, and Terrence were asked to reflect on a set of prompts, and share their insights with the larger group. These ‘day in the life’ case studies helped us anchor an abstract conversation about evaluation in the complexities of youth work in Ontario.
