Empowering Voices: An Arts Festival for Young People

Singing Our Stories Research Team

On Saturday, December 3 to Sunday, December 4th, we invite equity-seeking young people (ages 5-25 years old) to attend Empowering Voices: An Arts Festival for Young People!

Empowering Voices is an in-person collaboration between a research team at York University and Boston University, and Newcomer Women’s Services (NEW), Community Music Schools of Toronto (CMST), and COSTI Immigrant Services. There will be food/refreshments and fun art, storytelling, and music activities for the whole family!

Saturday, Dec. 3rd, 2022 – Interactive Creative Arts Collaborations and Storytelling Sessions

Sunday, Dec. 4th, 2022 – Sharing of Interactive Creative Arts Collaborations and Performances
