Manager of Youth Hub Programs

Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $71,000 – $82,000 annually, plus benefits, vacation, and wellness days
Location: Richmond Hill Youth Hub, York Region, Ontario

360°kids is hiring a Manager of Youth Hub Programs to oversee operations at the Richmond Hill Youth Hub, including the Connections emergency housing program and the Home Base Drop-In Centre. This leadership role is responsible for implementing strategic direction, supporting service delivery, and fostering a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for youth in crisis.

Key responsibilities include program planning and evaluation, budget and compliance oversight, staff supervision and mentorship, and community partnership development. The role also involves contributing to outreach, fundraising, and public engagement initiatives while navigating complex situations, including crisis response.

This position plays a central role in advancing 360°kids’ mission to support youth in overcoming crisis and transitioning to safety and stability through housing, education, employment, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a youth-focused, multidisciplinary setting
• Demonstrated experience in program and operations management, including budgeting and policy development
• Strong communication, facilitation, and public speaking skills
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and build collaborative partnerships
• Commitment to equity, reconciliation, inclusion, and youth empowerment
