The content for this factsheet was taken from the Research to Practice report Supporting Youth Living With and Affected by HIV in Ontario.

The report is designed for practitioners working with young people living with and affected by HIV. Programs can adopt a range of evidence-informed practices to support young people living with and affected by HIV. This factsheet provides best practice recommendations. Although each of the eight recommendations is critical in and of itself, the inclusion of multiple recommendations will strengthen programs, services, and holistic approaches to supporting young people.
