Advocacy 101: Youth Advocacy Toolkit
6 years ago 6 years ago Leave your thoughtsThis toolkit was developed by the Schizophrenia Society of Ontario & Sound OFF.
HERE’S HOW THE CREATORS DESCRIBE THIS TOOLKIT:
This toolkit guides youth through the process of how to advocate for themselves. It discusses who can make change happen, provides a general background on the makeup of the government and legal system, and supplies different strategies for advocacy. There are also letter templates for lobbying purposes and information on how to prepare for meetings with members of the government.
