This resource focuses on approaches that support our ability to recognize, name, and address moments when individuals and/or groups of individuals are experiencing harm, such as bias or discrimination, and includes a breakdown of when to ‘call in’ and when to ‘call out’, as well as how to respond when being called in or called out.
