This is a project from We Will Rise Nashville in celebration of May Foster Care Awareness Month. This song, “Home Is Where I Make It,” was penned by a few Nashville independent artists along with three amazing foster youth. The kids wrote nearly all the lyrics, and it was important to them to show America that kids in transition are NOT victims, but rather fighters. Please repost this video and show these kids that you care!
